If your CobaltNook product does not work for your carry or travel setup, contact us within 60 days of delivery so we can help with the next step.
Return condition
Returned items should be in reasonable condition with the main product components included. If an item arrives damaged or defective, include photos when contacting support.
How to start a return
Email hello@cobaltnook.com with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next step.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method after the return is reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, contact support with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
