Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will email you a revised ship date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Delivery estimates
US delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after shipping. Carrier delays, holidays and remote addresses can add a few days. Your tracking email has the latest estimate for your order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier first receives the package.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Orders with more than one item
If your order has more than one item (for example, two pouch packs, or pouches plus a first-aid bag), it may arrive in separate packages, sometimes a day or two apart. You'll get tracking for each package when it's available.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking appears stuck or the package has not arrived after the expected window, contact hello@cobaltnook.com with your order number and tracking details.
